配偶枫叶卡过期，如何申请旅游或探亲签证吗？

配偶枫叶卡过期，能申请旅游签证或探亲签证吗？
好像正常申请就行，使馆会发现枫叶卡过期，要求签署放弃移民身份的文件后就给发旅游签证。

PR卡过期不等于PR身份失去了，如想办探亲签证，可以填写CIC网站上的自动放弃身份表格，批准很快。批准后就可申请10年签证了。这是我的做法，供参考！

我不是一起递交的，但我研究CIC网上的相关信息（http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/card/renounce.asp），可以一并递交。

是的。返回证TRD是与PR相关的，放弃PR并获批，就可正常办Visitor签证。我的Visitor签证也办下来了，签证有效期是护照有效期的前一天。我就是先邮寄的放弃申请，过一段时间就会收到批准放弃的电子邮件。
